Organisers are proud to announce the return of Riverside Fireworks to Chester-le-Street on Bonfire night this year!
Chester-le-Street Riverside Fireworks returns this year and promises a fun filled evening of spellbinding entertainment for all the family, featuring a spectacular Witches and Wizards themed fireworks display set to music.
There will also be a funfair, food and refreshments and a kids fancy dress competition!
Building on the success of the inaugural event held in 2016, organisers Stanley Events will welcome Channy Thompson and Melody 5, two up and coming North East performers, who will play at the event this year.
The event takes place on Sunday, November 5, in Riverside Park, Chester-le-Street and will build on the success of last year’s popular event.
Carl Marshall, Director of Stanley Events, said: “Last year’s event was fantastic and this year we are expecting tickets to sell out really fast. This year’s theme of Witches and Wizards should prove popular with families and the grand finale of the event will be a fully choreographed fireworks display.”
The gates for Riverside Fireworks will open at 4.30pm on November 5 and the display will begin at 6.30pm. Tickets are available to buy now from: www.riversidefireworks.co.uk at £5, and children under six go free.
There are a limited number of on-site parking spaces available. With demand expected to be extremely high, organisers Stanley Events are urging people to buy early to avoid disappointment.
The event is held in partnership with the Fire Fighters Charity and the Durham Agency Against Crime.
